The competition rumbled, as 15 local high school and middle school drumline groups performed at the 8th Annual Bulldog Drumline Expo (BDX) on Saturday at Garfield High School.
The expo featured additional exhibition performances from the Garfield High School varsity drumline, Emerald City Boom and the Seahawks Blue Thunder. The Glacier Peak High School drumline, from Snohomish, placed first in the competition.
The BDX, which is a fundraiser for Garfield High School’s drumline programs is currently largest drumline competition in Washington State.
