Bénédicte Clouet
Bénédicte is a native of France who spent a few years in Brussels working at the crossroads of education and technology. She moved to Seattle in early 2012 and works as a consultant for Allrecipes, which enables her to flex her cooking talents, and for the University of Washington, which gives her the opportunity to travel to Africa as a training coordinator for health information systems.
